Join us for a night of Contemporary Classical Music composed and performed by Aerie Trio with a 6-course Tasting menu. Aerie Trio combines the rich, beautiful sounds of flute, cello and piano, played by three accomplished, classical musicians. Diane Berry, flute, Maria Wang, cello and Kathryn LeGros, piano, bring their love of chamber music to life with works ranging from the 18th century through to the 21st. In their performance at HOB Fine Foods, they will be featuring a set of pieces, written by Diane Berry, specifically for this occasion. These pieces and the menu created by Chef Castro Boateng, are inspired by the many wonderful places on Vancouver Island, the beaches, the rainforest, the Garry Oak meadows and other of the island’s hidden gems.
