Aerie Trio will be premiering music, written by Diane Berry, specifically for this dinner. Each piece celebrates and is inspired by a special type of place on Vancouver Island. Chef Castro Boateng is creating a menu in which each dish, paired with each piece of music, is inspired by the same location.
